We contacted Gilleece because our toilet was backed up.They set up an appointment for between 8-12 the following day.
My husband called after 11 AM on the scheduled day to find out an approx. ETA - we were told first that we were not on the schedule - then, once they located our name under an incorrect spelling, that they were running "a little" late, but we would be their next job. This continued until 4:45 PM - and still no one showed. They assured us that they would be there by 10 PM.
Who wants to stay home all day and night - unable to shower or use the toilet for someone to show up by 10 PM? My husband called Roto Rooter and they showed within the hour.
Don't waste your time with Gilleece - they didn't care about customer service in our instance.If we wouldn't have called them for updates - we wouldn't have known what was going on.
