Bought new furnace and was price gouged to the tune of 5,232.00 on October 17th, 2011 Today is October 30th, 2011 woke up this morning to the house at 64 degrees furnace was set at 70 degrees. Called Gillece at 9:30Am its now 6:18PM and the furnace is still broke and no service repair as of yet. My whole day has been spent sitting here waiting for them to repair my New Furnace. They sent out a service manager to look at it and diagnose what was wrong then I was told someone would call to schedule the repair tech. I suspicion is there is a Steeler game on and Tom Gillece even advertised during the Steelers last Super Bowl not to call during the game. 35b1beb

The reasons the people who answer the phone ask u so many questions is because they r made to by management. The older ur furnace is, the better chance they have to sell u a new one, then want 2 know how u heard about them so they know which method of their untrustworthy advertising works best, they want ur email address to send u emails about there "promotions" aka new ways 2 rip u off. if they dont ask u all of those questions they get yelled at, written up and face getting fired. not trying 2 defend them just letting u know the truth and reason behind the endless questions they have 2 ask

I stumbled onto this website after I called for a $20 furnace check up. When I first called Gillece and I thought I was at my doctor's office answering questions about my entire life history. The person answering the phone asked if I owned or rented, how old the house was, how old my furnace was, and etc. etc. etc. I asked why they had to know all this information. She told me that it was her job to get this information to they could help me better. I told her that all I wanted was their advertised furnace check up and that was all! I became really disgusted and told her "never mind" and called the guy I always use for stuff like this. He will be out tomorrow to look at my furnace to make sure its running ok. I didn't have to answer any questions, except that I wanted a furnace check up. This local guy said he charged $69 to check it. So tonight I decided to Google Gillece Service and the results blew me away. Did I just dodge a bullet? Thank god for sites like this! Thank you!

They'll put off coming to fix ur furnace because there's no money in that service call. You already bought a furnace, not like they can come and sell u another. People who they can con into buying new furnaces or thousands in repair will come long before u will. That's the gillece game! Shame on this company and everyone there. Karma will get u all soon enough!
