Gillece tried to charge me $5,000 to replace my sewer pipes which they said were "bad" because roots were in them. Roots? This is western PA! Roots are in EVERY DRAIN PIPE! They literally had a contract and a credit application in front of me in 5 minutes. I told them to get a life and get off my property, called local plumber who cleared everything out without a problem. Gillece didn't even finish the original job I called them for- to snake and clean my drain. There are plenty of reputable small business owner plumbers out there, why bother with one who has SO many bad reports? I didn't know they had so many unhappy customers until I became one and started searching out complaints on the internet. WOW am I lucky I told them to get out of my house, or I would've been out $5,000. They definitely tried to scare me into doing the repair, claiming I'd have less than 48 hours before sewage started to back up into my house again. It's been MONHTS now- no problems. All you other posters must be similar sleazy slimebag plumbers. Gillece does NOTHING better than my local plumber. NOTHING. And they charge THREE TIMES MORE TO PAY FOR THEIR COMMERCIALS ON EVERY STATION AND THEIR BIG SHINY VANS. Never trust a technician who has bright white clean shoes and a big shiny truck! I can't wait until the attorney general and a class action lawsuit bring these fools down. |

Well for your information a Master Plumber is a person that has Passed a number of specialized test by the state to prove his or her strengths in those areas. Plus who ever said I was a man???
