1. To be taken seriously
2. A good promotion
3. A decent raise or a decent pay (any male working the same or a similar position will be payed MUCH better than you!)
I know this PERSONALLY as I used to be employed by Gillece Services! Sexism is alive and well at Gillece, they not only screw their customer over but their employees as well. If you don't have a dickhead between your legs, then you're nothing at that place and that is the sad, sad truth. 35b3b36

Tom will take all the guys out to lunch and give them raises and promotions and bonuses. The female employees there get his lunch plans together and process those raises and promotions but a raise or especially a promotion for them (the girls) is very very very few and far between. And he never takes you seriously. The men in that business have all the power while the women are made to kiss their as*es and they need to avoid stepping on toes so they don't get fired. They deserve better than this and they won't find it working at Gillece unless they grow a d*ck. ![]() |
| 4. Written by No longer feeling Dirty! on December 5, 2011 I used to work for Tom Gillece as well. That's important because his brothers have businesses and they are nothing like him. Trust me, they are happy I pointed that out! It is true that women are treated with no respect or value, get blamed for everything and yet they are expected to do more work with less pay. Reporting TG is a waste of time because he encourages this behavior. TG loves to take revenge and loves the GAME of it all! I'm sure a lot of OVER CHARGED CUSTOMERS can attest to that! (He also tries to find out who posts comments on line.) This coming from the CYBERSQUATTING KING. Not sure about the guys in the field but the Male Office employees have a MEN'S CLUB. I feel so sorry for all of their wives. Gillece is also a horrible Company to have on your resume after you leave! People will associate you with their very bad reputation. It's like a black cloud over your head UNLESS you take it off of your resume entirely. I won't even discuss how much grief I got from friends and family for working there in the first place! You just can't go anywhere without finding someone who has had a very bad experience through association with Gillece. I know if a current Gillece MALE employee is reading this they are thinking "Glad this Bitchy woman is no longer working here." I'm an honest person with ethics. This is why I no longer work for Gillece. Good luck to all of you in need of service and deciding to call Gillece. I just know it won't end well. Written by LOUD MOUTH on October 4, 2011 Tom not only has all the phones at worked wired with microphones and cameras everwhere but his home is the same way. it's all true, he is so paranoid that he has cameras and GPS systems mounted on all the trucks. They have a computer program that shows where all their truck are and can turn the camera on and off anytime the want to. He can see 360 degrees around the whole truck. Big Brother likes to watch all his little trolls to make sure he's not loosing a buck. His daughter and son have company phones so he can GPS them too. Get a life Tom. You promise women in your company advancement only to screw them over when the time comes around to give them what they deserve. Poor Jennifer M found that out the hard way. As someone who used to work for this company (no, not the original poster either), I can tell you that yes, it is all true. Males are PAID (how's that, Tasha?) far better than their female counterparts. And I'm going to highly doubt it has anything with the misspelling of such a minute word, more with blatant sexism. Also yes, there are cameras everywhere - and microphones as well. Not to mention, management constantly taps into the phones and will listen to conversations, even very personal ones. But why oh why would anyone have a personal conversation on a work phone and not just take a few moments to call on their cell? Well friends, that's because cell phones are strictly prohibited. Even the sight of yours means risking termination. The reason being Tom Gillece is so paranoid, he has to spy on his employees with tons of cameras, microphones, and by listening in on their phone calls. If they use their cell phone, they might give away precious company information! You're out of luck if there is a dire emergency and you need to be reached via cell phone (Not everybody thinks to call a work number first, and not everybody has the time to go through the menu, punch in your extension, wait to be transferred, and hope to go you're either at your phone or not on the other line...it's happened). Anyway yes, females are discriminated against at that company. As a former male employee even I can agree with that. And if you dare to ask for a raise or an explanation, say goodbye to your job. They don't need you asking questions or god forbid, asking for more precious money that they work so hard screwing people out of on a daily basis. Tom needs that money to buy more Mercedes Benz's. Sorry ladies! Oh and rumor has it there's cameras in the bathrooms as well. Think of that the next time you decide to pop a squat on the john at work, Tasha. Ciao! |
