Today I turned on my air conditioner in 95 degree heat to find out that it was not working. I checked again to make shure it was on cool then checked my breaker box. Both were where they should be and still no cool air". My son recommended that I call the birdy people (he's 3) so I called gillece/.
When talking to the gentleman on the phone he seemed very polite and helpful stating he would send someone out between 1-3?. By 3:30 my husband was home from work and still no technician|. So I proceeded to call them n theguy on the phone said they were busy and would be out shortly". It is now 8:15 pm and still no one has shown up, not even a call saying they were not coming;.
I just called another local company and they are on their way;. After reading the other comments from customers of gellice's im extremely glad they never showed up". This company needs to be shut down and never allowed to opperate a buissness again. 12944ab

The guy from gillece finally called the day after and said they would be out later in the week. The other company showed up 10 min after I posted the first comment and I bought from them. And to The Truth. I bet u would try to sell me something even if I didn't want it. I will talk anybody thinking of calling gillece out of it and calling someone else this place is such a joke. |

I worked for Gillece and I would still try to sell you a new unit even if it wasn't 10 years old. I like my commision check so I sell, sell, sell whatever you will buy. I like to spin the prize wheel at the end of the month to see what other incentives Tom Gillece will give me. Thanks Tom, you the man!!!! |

If it was less than 10 years old you got put on another list of people who can wait. People with old air conditioner units get priority because they can be convinced to buy new equipment. The techs are all trained so they can send a field supervisor out to quote you a price whether you need a new unit or not. The field supervisor is nothing more than a salesman and he knows hardly anything about furnaces and air conditioners. The field supervisor knows just enough to sell you something. YES YOU WERE VERY LUCKY not to have anyone come out to your house. |
