Gillece - do you really believe that random people who have not had any experiences or contact with your company are coming on here posting "incorrect and defamatory remarks online"? Get real! These aren't so called "non-customers", you've actually ripped off, scammed, harmed, and angered this many ACTUAL customers. There's something wrong, horribly horribly wrong with a LOCAL company when you have this many complaints online. A national or worldwide company maybe I could see you pis*sing off a few hundred or thousand people, but you're just in the Pittsburgh area and look at how many UNHAPPY, ANGRY (now ex) customers you have. What Tom should (but will never) do is take a few steps back, actually read the complaints he receives and make necessary changes and take the necessary steps to resolve them - not pay someone to come on this site and continuously spam with this mindless babble. But Tom will never do what is OBVIOUS and what he should do because he doesn't give a *** and we all know this.

1-why do you think this is the place to post your ***,,ie-evaporative coolers,the laughable sulfric acid post,the heat exchanger post,and all the other spam posts
2-WHO is PAYING you to post this *** ( TOM ? )
4-there are us who want to keep the truth out there- NOT BURIED BY YOUR SPAMMING POSTS

How come this Gillece post comes from Newport Beach, Ca? Do you think we can't read?? Did someone call Gillece to have a $99 furnace repair to Newport or Huntington Beach?

Go f yourselves, GILLECE. 99% of the complaints on here ARE FROM ACTUAL (now former) customers. Don't sit there and think for one second that most of the people on here aren't all too familiar with your "services" Incorrect remarks? Are you kidding us? Take a look at yourselves, you people are HORRIBLE and you RIP PEOPLE OFF. Low life scumbags!
