We used Gillece for a plumbing repair about a year ago and for the past 5 months we have gotten constant phone calls from this company at times ranging from the morning (around 10am) to evening once even during a nice family dinner!!! I work an overnight shifts at a hospital 5 days a week so getting at calls all during the day on my cell phone waking me up is nothing short of ANNOYING! They never leave a message and I hardly answer phone numbers I don't know. They would call once, sometimes twice a day and finally after calling my phone a total of over THIRTY TIMES I finally picked up out of frustration and they were trying to sell me some kind of service. THAT was so important you had to call my cell phone that many times? I told them no and never to call me again only to get another call this morning which is why I'm up now writing this. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC about the phone calls.

Also I'm going to add that about 2 months ago I met a former Gillece employee at dinner who happens to be a friend of a friend. After chatting it up that evening she told me a few "details" about the company which were horrifying! After reading a few of the complaint comments about this company I can say the "wheel" that some have spoken of is true. Rip someone off bigtime, spin the wheel and win a prize! That's only one of the many things she told me about that floored me. I'll never use them again for many reasons and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same. 35b1bde

I too have been receiving calls from this company lately. Next time i'm going To answer and tell them to stop. It is very annoying! They must truly be hard up for business if this is how they try and get it! :zzz

Jenifer Kelly is the point person heading up the PA Attorney General's investigation on Gillece.

File complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and PA Attorney General. PA Attorney is investigating already...if FTC gets enough complaints they'll investigate as well.

I hate it when companies do that! It makes me want to not use them. If I need you ill call you, don't bother me! I agree that they must be desperate. Looks like all of the negative press and word of mouth is starting to hurt business. That's what happens when you piss off that many people. I guess bothering people with phone calls will solve the problem not make it worse, RIGHT? Ha ha ha! :p :p

If they are calling like that, this shows desperation on their part. If the cash was rolling in the way it used to they wouldn't be trying to push these junk service plans.

I've been getting those calls too but I haven't answered. Now at least I know what its about and who is it after googling the # 412 831 6199 the calls are every single day! I'm so mad :(
